So, I took Caden to get his haircut today at Whimsikidz, a boutique-y shop with a kids haircut place in the back. It was the only place I could think of that would be able to distract him with Elmo and Dora, like I do at home when I cut his hair! He was doing great while we waited, watching the other kids get their hair cut. Then it was our turn. Long story short, I ended up with the hot pink cape on, holding Caden in my lap, while Tim did his magic.
I think it was worth the $18 plus tip, sort of. At least it doesn’t look so much like a lame bowl cut! Caden ended up covered in hair, so we made a quick stop at the mall, picked up a shirt off the clearance rack, and we have a little boy with a decent haircut! Tim said he couldn’t do much about the bangs right now. Yeah, I went a little overboard with those! But I think he looks pretty good!
