There are a few things I want to note today, so I’ll just run down a list:
* A few days ago, Noah mentioned that one of his teeth hurt. My first thought was, “OMG, could it be a loose tooth?!” But then he pointed to one of his eye teeth or something, so I ignored it. Then last night, he mentioned it again. This time I actually put my hand in his mouth, and much to my surprise, I found a loose tooth! Holy s#*t! I called Andy upstairs and we showed him. His reaction: “Doesn’t that normally happen when you’re, like, 8?” Seriously! So I have a newly-turned-5-year-old with a loose tooth! Anyone know the going rate for the Tooth Fairy these days?
* I had a verysuccessful shopping day today, checking off numerous names on my list. I didn’t get up at the crack of dawn and I think I got some pretty darn good deals. Never mind the smoking credit card in my purse!
* This afternoon and evening Andy and I got to enjoy a movie, “Four Christmases” (very funny), and then a nice dinner at Firefly. I had the best sandwich I’ve ever had at a restaurant, or my house for that matter! It was called Mexican Chicken and it was pulled chicken, salsa, cilantro, and avocado on a roll. It made me confirm that Mexican food is my favorite genre of food.
* I’m trying to figure out what happened to my posts from Monday and Tuesday? I know I posted on Monday-that was my great haircut day! I have no idea what I wrote on Tuesday, but I’m 98.9% positive I posted. WTF???
