We took advantage of the 5-Day, 5-County Celebration to get half-price tickets and landed ourselves in the ninth row down the left field foul line. They were pretty great seats, but it was hard for the boys to see from that low. We still managed to have a good time (despite a pretty bad loss to the Braves!).
Caden wanted popcorn, so we bought it before we got to our seats. This was how he spent the first fifteen minutes or so.
And giving us skeptical faces like this:
Bernie didn’t have an opportunity to slide down his slide-the Brewers have to hit a home run for that!
Caden kept eating-and warning us with his eyes!
Noah remembered how good kettle corn is from the previous game we went to, and he and Andy bought a bag of the legal addictive substance. Notice how he’s clutching the bag? An intervention may be needed!
Today the weather was more March-like than May-like, with temps in the mid-40’s and blowing rain all day. Thank goodness Miller Park now has a retractable roof! I’ve turned into a literal fair-weather fan!
We always make sure to stay until the sausages have raced! (Only in Milwaukee, huh?)
I’m not sure what Caden’s frowning about. We really did have a great time!
