Yesterday, we took Caden to the Badger game with Andy’s parents. It was the Michigan game, as well as our chili tailgate day. I’m telling you, we Wisconsin fans know how to tailgate! Caden was happy with his apple and chips. And he’s perfectly entertained tossing the football around with Grandpa!
   
  
 
 
On the way to the game, Caden was looking for Bucky with Grandpa. “Buckyyyyyyy! Are youuuuuuu?”
 
He was a trooper during the game. He sat pretty well for the first quarter, then started to get a bit restless. I came prepared with some cars for him to play with, and his hot dog kept him busy for a little while too!
  
 
Eventually, he got all tuckered out, and took a little snooze. Don’t worry, he was awake for the best part of the game-when we pulled off the win!!!
It turned out to be a good day, with a huge win (though with Illinois beating Ohio State, us losing to Ohio State and Illinois…<sigh>), and a mostly well-behaved Caden. Next year, he gets his own seat. Do we dare take both boys to the same game? To be determined…
