I have about a million pictures to edit from our awesome weekend in Las Vegas, and I’m just not that excited to do it. I’ve been recovering from the weekend, sleeping whenever possible. I haven’t even taken my camera out of the bag since Sunday. I think I just needed […]
While at the Neon Museum today, we found this old sign that says “Sassy Sally” and I figured it was the perfect backdrop for my last day of 7 Days!
We’re off to see Blue Man Group tonight! Can’t wait!

Seeing as I was in full-stress mode yesterday preparing for our awesome weekend in Las Vegas, I forgot to post this cool picture I took yesterday for 7 Days. The theme was “night” so I took my chances.

I have been eating blueberries this summer like they’re going out of style. I’ve been […]
Andy and I convinced the boys to head out for a walk around the neighborhood tonight, and we really walked. I couldn’t believe the boys made it the whole way! The weather was perfect, and the sky was full of airplanes and jet trails, while also showcasing a warm sunset.

I actually thought ahead a bit on this week’s challenge. We were at the zoo on Saturday for Andy’s birthday, and as we were walking around, I noticed some things that made me feel peaceful (despite my crazy boys running around and the commotion over by the prairie dog lair that was […]
“People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don’t even recognize: […]
